Ahead of the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF), the Uganda National NGO Forum (UNNGOF), under the CSO SDG Core Reference Group, organized a Pre-HLPF CSO Dialogue. The event served as a platform for discussing the third VNR report, where civil society actors built consensus on key messages for the HLPF.

The dialogue underscored critical issues such as youth engagement, women’s inclusion, the need for localized SDG discussions, the importance of multi-stakeholder partnerships, and the necessity of disaggregated data for vulnerable groups.
